  • First of all, learn how your body works- it's all easy to read people saying do this or do that and we quickly follow the steps not understanding why we are doing it. We are just thinking of the outcome, we don't even understand how our body will work in order to get that weight loss.   • Find what works best for you. For example for me as I don't like to eat in the morning and that is definitely a bad habit I had to find something that could start my body as soon as I wake up.   • Replace carbs with healthy choices, you want a snack? well instead of the cake you have been drolling about just grab that juicy apple that is feeling unloved in your fruit bawl staring at you. After that don't seat there looking at the cake and feeling sorry for yourself, go out, start cleaning the house, watch a movie get yourself busy for the next few hours. That slice of cake? it's just on hold and when you lose weight you will have a slice of cake without the guilt that comes along after.

    • Don't eat after 6 PM that is a must if you want to lose weight
    • Drink plenty of water, your body needs water just as well as food
    • Stick a picture of the body you want on your fridge door, that will constantly remind you of what your target is, never lose sight of that image of that beautiful healthy body you want.
